Value Score Performance Reports
It is estimated the average employee is productive only 2-3 hours per 8 hours. The Value Score ring and related data gives visibility into the ‘why’.
Value Ring
Producers
Time spent producing the deliverables the employee was hired to produce — a designer building a logo in Photoshop, a journalist writing their weekly article in MS Word.
Contributors
Time that contributes indirectly to the deliverables but which has no value on its own — the designer interviewing a client about their brand, or the journalist conducting background research for their editorial. Essential, but not work on the deliverable itself.
Maintainers
Legitimate work-related tasks with no direct or indirect input into deliverables — organizing files, tidying a desk, clearing spam from the inbox.
Distractors
Time on tasks not related to work at all — planning a holiday, polishing a resume, building a side hustle.
Peer Comparison
Each ring shows the same four Value Score categories — Producers, Contributors, Maintainers, and Distractors — so peers can be compared at a glance.

Drift Detection
AutoCoach™ watches every Value Score against its own expected range and flags sustained drift before it becomes a performance review conversation.
before they become a habit
AutoCoach™ handled this
A seven-week slide below range triggered the Performance drift coach automatically. It reached Rosa privately, worked the friction, and the score is already climbing back toward range.

longest streak below range
The expected range is the first ten weeks of history (mean 67%) plus a tolerance that widens as the baseline ages. One isolated dip in May recovered on its own without intervention. Seven straight weeks below range from June into July read as sustained drift rather than a bad week, which is why AutoCoach™ opened a coaching conversation with Rosa — the score has climbed back into range in the weeks since.

One seat sits 28 points below the cohort average and is the only one under 50%. That gap, not the ranking itself, is the thing worth a conversation.
