Organization administrators and employees may authorize their AI Sidekick assistants to perform tasks that require utilization of Google Workspace and custom GCP Applications.

After approval by an administrator, each employee must authenticate the Google services they wish their Sidekick to utilize on their behalf.

Google Workspace apps currently supported include Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, Docs and Sheets.

Organizations may also integrate agents or automated workflows created in Google Cloud, including those that leverage Vertex or ADK.
