Think of a Sidekick as an assistant or intern, with a rapidly growing skillset.

Sidekicks can perform tasks and manage other agents, APIs, databases, documents and even robots.

Sidekicks come office-ready, meaning they begin their journey with the skills of an average intern. They can perform general office work using documents, including creating and organizing industry-specific production files and communicating with other team members just like a human intern.

But that is just the beginning… Inspira’s Skills EngineTM team can rapidly create skills that can be attached to any or all of your side kicks. Need it to fire up a new EC2 instance on AWS? No problem! Need it to modify pages in a WordPress site? That too! The Skills EngineTM team can build automation, or integrate any existing automation.

The SideKick shadows the employee on every task. As data accumulates, skill transfer occurs, allowing the SideKick to perform a growing number of duties until they are equivalent to the Employee ‘Handler’.

Multi-Agent System

Under the hood, Sidekicks are sophisticated, multi-agent systems.

The human team communicates with a Sidekick as though it were a single entity, however, behind the scenes, the Sidekick may communicate with other agents, Sidekicks, agentic, algorithmic or programmatic systems. All of this communication and delegation takes place invisibly, allowing the human team to ‘speak’ to only the primary Sidekick.

The personality and avatar of the Sidekick is customizable by the employee handler.
