Every employee is automatically assigned an AI assistant “Sidekick” agent. Each Sidekick comes ready to learn new skills, beginning their journey with intern-level office skills, such as research, file management, spreadsheets, documents, taking meeting notes, managing email and more.

Employees use Water to delegate work to Sidekicks and other humans. Humans and Sidekicks utilize the same real-time communication system to collaborate and speed up production. Water is optimized to integrate distributed employees with remote or in-office teams. Sidekicks are fluidly integrated as regular employees.

Automated Task Decomposition
Water’s proprietary multi-agent Sidekick Engine will automatically decompose work history into a roadmap of future skills needed by the Sidekicks to replace each human. It does this by classifying thousands of small subtasks that can then be automated by Inspira’s engineering team (at our expense), or by your own team. New skills are rapidly being added to the growing library. Third-party automations and data sources are easily integrated.

Replacing Human Employees
Transforming your workforce from human to agentic automation will take place gradually, as you assign Sidekicks more skills from the growing library of skills. Eventually, human executives might be the last surviving remnants of the human workforce. However; the foreseeable future will include humans as project managers and specialists who delegate work to Sidekicks, and evaluate their work.
Pricing
Skills and automated workflows are created at Inspira’s expense. A ‘skill’ is the human-equivalant capability to perform a task, such as answering the phone, responding to a support request or generating a marketing plan.
Enjoy dramatic reductions in labor costs, with savings currently estimated at around 90%. As technology advances, we project these labor savings to eventually exceed 99%.
Understanding the pricing model:
- A flat fee of $2500 per month for your Automation Control account.
- A flat fee of $10 per month per employee.
- A small monthly fee when you assign newly available skills to a Sidekick (usually between one and five dollars per month). Note that many common office skills can be assigned without incurring any fees.
- A small transaction fee each time you instruct your Sidekick to perform a task (usually a penny or less).
- Token costs are billed back to you at market rate. Tokens are consumed when a Sidekick uses generative AI, such as text, images, voice, communications, or video. As an example, tokens for a Sidekick to review yesterday’s meeting agenda, then compare it with the meeting transcript, then clean up and format 1000 words of official meeting minutes, then organize and style the minutes into a Word file or Google doc, then store it in the correct file location, then email it to stakeholders, would cost less than $0.50.
